Job Description
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced parts advisor. We are a fast paced dealership and will require the ability to be able to provide quotes, solve problems, and get parts out in a timely manner. Previous ETKA experience along with CDK experience is required. We will require the individual to be able to hit the ground running as an Audi parts advisor.
Assist technicians and customers with their Audi parts needs.
Responsibilities:* Quoting parts, billing parts, assisting technicians, assisting customers, taking phone calls, stocking and ordering parts
Qualifications:* Previous ETKA parts experience is required. Previous CDK DMS experience is required.
