Role Summary: We are seeking a consulting-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead complex client-facing initiatives across business and technology environments. This role requires a professional who can manage end-to-end delivery, drive stakeholder alignment, mitigate execution risks, and ensure successful outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong project governance, executive communication, and delivery leadership capabilities while operating as a trusted advisor to client and internal teams.Day to Day Job Duties:Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of client projects across multiple workstreams.Partner with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, vendors, and leadership to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dependency trackers, and governance updates.Manage daily and weekly execution activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, stakeholder checkpoints, and decision-making forums.Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies early, and drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution actions proactively.Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and external partners to maintain delivery momentum.Track budget, resource utilization, and delivery performance, and provide clear reporting to leadership and client sponsors.Support change management, communication planning, and adoption activities to help clients realize project value.Ensure adherence to consulting delivery standards, project management methods, documentation quality, and governance processes.Act as a trusted point of contact for clients by providing transparency, structured communication, and practical problem-solving throughout the engagement.Contribute to delivery planning, implementation readiness, and continuous improvement across consulting project execution.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience in project management, consulting delivery, program coordination, or related roles.8+ years of experience managing cross-functional business and technology initiatives in client-facing or enterprise environments.5+ years of experience in project governance, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and delivery oversight.Strong experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies, and change requests.Demonstrated ability to lead projects in matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and priorities.Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches.Proven ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders, senior leadership, and delivery teams.Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to operate independently while maintaining a high level of accountability in a consulting environmentTravel:Minimal travel; up to 10% based on business needs.Degree:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.Nice to Have:PMP certification.PRINCE2 certification.Posting Date:06/26/2026Department:CONS: Life Sciences - 1074310011
