About the Opportunity
We’re excited to introduce a new leadership position within our Anchorage team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing our inside sales team while driving revenue growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences across Alaska’s machinery equipment territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales leader who is ready to grow, build, and make a meaningful impact within a respected Caterpillar Inc. dealership organization aligned with Harnish Group Inc.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a leader with a passion for sales and team development. While experience in heavy equipment or machinery is valuable, we also welcome candidates with strong sales leadership backgrounds in related industries such as construction, industrial products, transportation, or business-to-business sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in sales leadership, team development, or business management will be considered. We value demonstrated capability, drive, and leadership potential.
