Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Non-CDL Tow Truck Driver for a growing towing and transport company in Dubuque, IA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, paid time off, and the chance to build a long-term career. No towing experience is required. Responsibilities:
Operate light-duty tow trucks, wreckers, and flatbeds
Transport vehicles and equipment locally
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team
Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations
Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record preferred
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
No experience required; training provided
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Occasional overtime available
Rotating on-call responsibilities
Pay & Benefits:
$22-$25/hour, depending on experience
