Joining the Customer Service Operations Support team, the hybrid Training Specialist II will design, deliver, and enhance training programs for the Client Contact Center, ensuring employees provide a best-in-class customer experience while working in the Johnston office three days a week. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for the Contact Center, including instructor-led and eLearning modules Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on technical and operational topics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and maintain accurate training records Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years of progressive training experience Proven ability to create and facilitate technical and operational training in both classroom and e-learning formats Strong organizational and time management skills with experience managing multiple training programs Knowledge of modern training methods and proficiency with learning management systems and Microsoft Office
